James H. Marshall

James H. Marshall concentrates his practice in the area of commercial real estate development and has handled a wide range of transactions as counsel for developers and institutional investors. His practice includes all facets of development work, including acquisition, sale, leasing, financing, restructuring and entitlement for projects across the country. His practice also encompasses the negotiation of partnership and operating agreements, leasing and property management agreements, and similar consulting and development-related documentation. Typical projects include vertical mixed-use developments; lifestyle, power center and neighborhood shopping centers; multi-story office buildings; industrial warehouses and mid-rise and high-rise residential condominiums. Mr. Marshall has also represented institutional investors in connection with the restructuring and refinancing of a number of leveraged lease portfolios. Mr. Marshall is also the managing partner of Daspin & Aument, and serves as a co-chair of the firm's Real Estate Leasing Group.
