Experienced across most commercial property types, Ms. Murphy possesses a well-rounded repertoire of commercial legal facets.
A source of pride and satisfaction for Ms. Murphy is knowing that she provides a sound legal foundation upon which her clients base significant investment decisions. Prior to joining Daspin & Aument, Ms. Murphy was a partner at a boutique law firm specializing in commercial real-estate. There she had the pleasure of serving as legal counsel to an array of client types across a variety of legal matters (including, but not limited to, acquisitions, leasing, financial lending, entitlements, and zoning concerns) across most commercial property types: shopping centers, office buildings, mixed-use developments, industrial properties, warehouses, strip centers, and other commercial related properties.
An alumnus of The John Marshall Law School, Ms. Murphy graduated with honors after earning a master's degree (also with honors) in French from Middlebury College.
As a long-standing homeowners' association board member, Ms. Murphy is actively involved in the management and guidance of association-related projects for the condominium building where she lives along with a pug dog named Marvin.
