The Southern California office of Daspin & Aument, LLP has significantly grown since its opening in 2011 and now consists of four legal professionals with substantial California and West Coast market experience in real estate, corporate and financing transactions and regulatory and litigation matters. Specifically, the attorneys in the Southern California office handle all aspects of real estate transactions, from acquisition through development, financing, private placements and syndications, leasing and disposition, for clients, which include developers, lenders, joint ventures, landlords, tenants and high net worth individuals. The firm's California professionals are also well versed with the California real estate market and California and local laws and regulations, including those concerning commercial landlord/tenant disputes, unlawful detainer actions and land use, zoning and environmental matters (including California Environmental Quality Act, California Endangered Species Act, and other California natural resources regulations). Moreover, the Southern California office has represented a wide variety of business concerns in various acquisitions, equity and general business matters and maintains significant expertise in mortgage and mezzanine loan workouts and REO dispositions.
